1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or signing up on JobHustles (referred to as the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
JobHustles operates a recruitment platform connecting individual candidates/applicants ("Job Seekers") with businesses, recruiting agencies, or employers ("Employers") hiring in Nigeria and globally. We facilitate job posting, profile building, resume uploads, direct applications, and application status tracking.
3. Account Eligibility and Registration
To access full features of the platform, you must register for an account using your real name and valid email address. You represent that all information provided is accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile.
- Employers must be validly registered business entities.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate ban.
4. Fees, Payments and Credits
Hiring tools, bulk messaging, and featured job postings require credits or monthly subscriptions. Fees are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are non-refundable once the service is rendered (e.g. once a job posting is published or credit is consumed).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, designs, source code, logos, and custom graphics on JobHustles are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of personal resumes, cover letters, and portfolio assets uploaded to the storage buckets, but grant us a license to host and share them with prospective employers as requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not verify the authenticity of every job poster or applicant, and we make no guarantees about placements or recruitment outcomes. JobHustles is not liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising out of communications or employment contracts made through the Platform.
