Accurate "page not found" responses

NewAdded a proper Page Not Found screen with quick links back to the homepage and to open jobs, plus a dedicated version for articles that are no longer published.
FixedRemoved job posts, unknown company profiles and unpublished articles used to answer as though the page existed while showing a not-found message, which let search engines index dead links. They now return a genuine 404.
ImprovedJob and company pages now confirm the record exists before rendering, so a bad or expired link fails fast instead of loading an empty page.

FixedVisiting www.jobhustles.com.ng showed a connection error instead of the site. It now redirects to jobhustles.com.ng, carrying over the exact page and any search terms you arrived with.
